How do I place an order?

To place an order at Sonali Jain:

Use the various category options provided under the main menu to help you find what are you looking for. Once you have shortlisted an item, select your size, I click on add to cart button. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag. I can add the top of the page. Click on, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Do you provide customisation/alterations?

Some products are RTW ready to wear, and we do alterations on customise products only.

How do I ensure the fit is accurate?

Size guide is available on each product page to help you with any sizing queries. You can also contact us at contact number in case you need further assistance.

How do I find a specific item?

If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search the item into couture collection section under the main menu. In case you are looking for an item that is not featured on our website, please write us at <email> our client care team will assist you further.

How do I contact customer care?

In case you have any queries, which are not currently addressed on our side, please contact our client care team by using enquiry form, contact or live chat facilities, WhatsApp number or contact hours are Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6:30 PM IST .

Queries received outside of our regular business hours will be addressed promptly on the following business days with our customer support available, and if it is an urgent enquiry, a team will help you out as per your requirement.

What happens if my payment is declined?

In case of failed transactions, please click that the details entered by you match. The details on the card, card is not expired. PIN entered is correct. If all the details are correct and the problem still persist, then contacting your bank or credit card company will help solve the issue. You also have an option of selecting a different payment method.
