1. Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. Kindly contact us via call or WhatsApp during business hours and send an email with clear concerns and images of the problem areas.
2. Technical Issues with Altered/Ordered Piece: In the event of an irreparable technical issue, such as sizing, fabric, color, or length discrepancies against your specifications, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the outfit.
3. Unforeseen Order Delay: If there is an unexpected delay in your order and you haven’t been notified by us within one week from the order date, please reach out to us promptly.
For all the above scenarios, we will acknowledge your concerns and provide instructions for sending the outfit back to us. Unsolicited returns without authorization will not be accepted. It is important to ensure the merchandise is unused, properly sealed, and in its original packaging when returning it.
Please note that the decision on accepting the return and/or exchange will be made within 2-3 business days upon receiving the outfit. Approved returns and/or exchanges will be issued as credit notes, valid for 6 months, and redeemable at Sonali Jain’s website and flagship stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
You have the option to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 24 hours of the order. Refunds will be processed in the form of a credit note within 7 business days. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.
– If you wish to change your order, any price difference must be paid prior to updating the order.
– In the case of a lower price for the revised order, a credit note will be issued for the remaining balance.
